FESPA Global Summit to take place in London

FESPA is bringing the third FESPA Global Summit to London.  The event will take place on 22nd and 23rd January 2013 at The Brewery and Montcalm Hotel. The event invites industry leaders of the digital wide format community to address key issues, challenges, opportunities and threats that are confronting the modern print service provider.

The FESPA Global Summit is a two day event with a participative and interactive format including conference sessions, presentations, interactive workshops and networking opportunities, with the objective of agreeing a route to success as the economy and sector re-builds. Confirmed speakers so far include leading print industry and association figures alongside leading names in the marketing sector TBWA Singapore and TBWA London, Unilever, Jacky Morgan, Director of Marketing, Shire Business Group and Tim Greene, Director Wideformat, Infotrends.

The comprehensive programme will focus on hot market topics in the print and marketing arenas such as the importance of sustainability in print and purchasing, digital textile printing; market opportunities; and interactive business building workshops. The sessions will also include case studies from leading print companies and print buyers from across the globe, as well as sessions from agencies and brands discussing the power of print in a integrated campaign.

Delegates can expect to be involved in a whole host of high calibre discussions. Niche market insights will be part of these presentations including, aviation graphics and the power of digital print in the London Olympics. There will also be valuable information from successful printers and marketers about the integration of print with new media channels, such as mobile engagement and QR Codes, and how these can impact print collateral, drawn from the speakers’ previous experience.
