HP to showcase wide range of printers at Heimtextil 2013

HP will showcase the versatility and creative potential of its wide range of large format inkjet printing technologies for interior design and home decor applications on stand no.E.81/Hall 4.2 at Heimtextil 2013 (9th -12th January, Frankfurt, Germany).  Opening new market opportunities for manufacturers, retailers, designers and digital print service providers, the HP Designjet line-up at Heimtextil will be spearheaded by key solutions from its expanding HP Latex portfolio.

HP Latex Inks are highly versatile and can print on a wide range of rigid and flexible substrates including textiles. The inks are water-based and are GREENGUARD Children & Schools CertifiedSM and meet AgBB criteria enabling users to produce odourless output with excellent image sharpness across a multitude of applications. This includes one-step printing direct to fabrics for soft signage, wall coverings and wall papers and other printed furnishings. As the prints are odourless, this also makes them particularly suited to enclosed environments such as restaurants, cafés, or schools.

During Heimtextil, HP will demonstrate the ease with which vibrant and customised wall murals can be printed on-demand and installed. As well as HP Latex Printers, visitors to Heimtextil will have the opportunity to see the capability of HP’s large-format flat-bed UV hybrid printing solutions that can output unique designs directly onto rigid media (including wood, metal, ceramics and glass) for other modern home decor applications, including those that require the use of white ink.

Educational presentations designed to inspire

HP will host product/applications experts who will share their expertise and deliver insightful and informative presentations on the stand during the four-day event. Designed to inspire and educate visitors, these presentations will demonstrate the interior design and home decor applications that can be achieved with HP digital printing technologies. There will be daily stand tours at 11.00, 13.00 and 15.00.
