Total Imaging launches ‘Win-Win’ online points-based customer loyalty scheme

Total Imaging, a specialist reseller of Canon large format solutions and the associated consumables, has launched a new website incorporating the print industry’s first ever points-based customer loyalty scheme.

On the introduction of the new scheme, Scott Partridge, managing director of Total Imaging, comments, “Every time a customer shops online for ink cartridges, media rolls or print heads, they automatically collect reward points which they can redeem against future orders.”

Alternatively, Total Imaging customers can save up their reward points and swap them for desirable gifts such as watches, meals for two, iPods and more.

Scott continues, “A huge amount of work has gone into making the scheme possible and - although our online pricing is already very competitive â€" the key objective of the new programme was to ensure that customers are rewarded for their loyalty.”

The new scheme is targeted at the purchasers of printing equipment and peripherals within organisations and offers a ‘win-win’ business case.  Scott concludes, “If a company owner is responsible for purchasing ink or paper, they are rewarded for shopping around by receiving the best price for their business.  However, if an employee is responsible, there’s currently no scheme in place to reward them personally.  Our pricing is amongst the best available online courtesy of our Canon accreditation, so this loyalty scheme is our way of rewarding the key decision makers and ensuring everybody wins!”

As well as launching the new online points scheme, Total Imaging has recently moved to shiny-new premises in Earlswood, Surrey.  The new building includes a bright, welcoming sales office and reflects the brand’s commitment to quality and attention to detail.
