Dates for Cross Media 2013 now confirmed

Dates for Cross Media 2013 have now been confirmed by the Informa Print & Media Group.  The event will take place on 23rd and 24th October 2013 at the Business Design Centre in Islington, London.

Cross Media 2013 will focus on the theme of ‘Joined-up thinking â€" the power of multi-channel marketing’. The event will provide the latest opportunities, solutions, case studies and seminars to address how the marketing, print and publishing industries can maximise the effectiveness of their multi-channel communications to deliver a higher return on marketing investment.

Cross Media 2012 demonstrated the importance of multi-channel communications to a wide audience. Of the event’s 2,526 attendees, 59% of visitors were marketers, brand owners or agencies, followed by 28% print and marketing service providers, and 13% publishers or other content creators. Specific multi-channel interests ranged from integrated marketing to design & creative services, apps and digital solutions, while 33.8% of visitors highlighted digital marketing, 27% social media and 24% cross media solutions as their key areas of interest.

Nick Craig Waller, Cross Media 2013 Event Director, comments, “Marketing communications is a competitive industry which continually sees platforms multiply and evolve. It is therefore important for marketers, brands, agencies, designers and print service providers to ensure they are up to date with the latest solutions available to execute and measure successful multi-channel campaigns, which have proven to increase response rates. Cross Media offers the perfect platform, and we look forward to delivering an event that will help these audiences keep their finger on the pulse of the multi-channel marketing communications industry.”

Incorporating the recently acquired event, mediaPro, Cross Media is aimed at businesses that wish to discover how multi-channel campaigns can improve ROI, helping them recognise the commercial possibilities and identify opportunities that are available in the fast evolving marketing mix. For the 2013 event, more than 100 brands from the marketing, creative, printing and publishing industries will generate an engaging forum of shared creativity, expertise, vision and communication to deliver a well-rounded visitor experience. Building on the popularity of its theatres in 2012, Cross Media 2013 will once again welcome key brands to take part in its robust content programme, with Twinings, Microsoft and Crew Clothing Co. already confirmed.
