New solutions announced at Clarity Software's annual User Group Meeting

Sign and print professionals from BSGA-member Clarity Software’s 4,500-strong user base came together recently at Clarity’s annual User Group Meeting.
In a 'feel-good' show full of free advice, training and business networking, customers’ visions about how they could win sign and print business in the future were realised as new products and features were exclusively revealed to the audience.

Attendees were given a demonstration of the powerful new quoting functionality coming in Clarity’s online CRM system Clarity Go. Due for release in early December, customers saw exactly how they can quote on the move using the new features and were relishing the freedom it will bring.

“Fast and accurate estimating on the go is the main priority for our customers,” said Clarity MD Richard Gamlin. “Our Go Quoting software means they can access their quotes, repeat and raise new ones from wherever they are, allowing them to react to opportunities faster than ever with everything synchronised to the office.”

Outlining the benefits, Gamlin continued, “Our customers will be winning business before their competitors have even taken notice. It’s a new way of working; total flexibility brings a new level of efficiency, with more freedom for sales teams to generate prices and close orders. Selling on the move will become second nature.”

Unveiled alongside Go Quoting to help customers generate more sales and simplify the order process was Clarity WebShop. Described as the industry’s first MIS-integrated e-commerce solution, WebShop enables users to run an online shop from within their trusted Clarity MIS, managing their online and offline prices from one system.

“Initial feedback from the show has confirmed that we’ve created the easiest way for Clarity users to get selling online with this product,” comments Clarity's marketing manager, Emerson Welch.  “Our Web Services team has packaged up a complete website solution that’s quick and easy to roll out. All online sales drop straight back into Clarity using our Web to MIS technology, meaning the order process is smooth and simple. Customers can be selling online within days.”
