Xpres has revealed more details about its expansion into the sign market with news of a strategic partnership with Metamark, the UKâs leading manufacturer of digital media and sign vinyl. The agreement will see Xpres stocking a diverse range of Metamark consumables and marks the latest step in the company's quest to become a true one-stop supplier for the visual communications industry.
"Weâre seeing a growing number of customers who are diversifying the range of services they offer in an effort to gain more business. More sign makers are now supplying decorated apparel and sublimation giftware and similarly there are established garment decorators that are also offering signage servicesâ says Xpres Executive Director Luke Clayton. âWeâre committed to developing and extending our product range to cater for this customer profile and weâre absolutely delighted to now have Metamark products as an integral part of our offer. Metamarkâs outstanding reputation for quality and the depth of their product range is something that we know our customers will fully appreciate and valueâ.
âWe believe the way Xpres treat their customers and the solution they aim to offer is a perfect reflection of our business here at Metamark. We aim to grow our business significantly moving forward and the strategic partnership with Xpres will allow us to achieve our combined goals.â Paul French, CEO, Metamark.
News of the Metamark tie-up follows the recent announcement that Xpres has become an authorised Mimaki reseller. It has also further strengthened its long-standing relationship with Roland and is now stocking an extended range of options including the full range of Eco-Sol machines and vinyl cutters. All of this hardware, together with Metamark consumables is now available for demonstration in the companyâs cutting-edge âInspiration Suiteâ facility.Â
